Fire Doors in Measham
Fire door repairs and replacement in Measham for new-build homes, developments and handover snagging.
Parsec Fire Doors covers Measham in the North West Leicestershire district area of Leicestershire from our base in Tibshelf, Derbyshire. We repair suitable existing fire doors and install replacement doorsets where repair is not the right route.
If a developer or contractor has snagging items or remedial findings on fire doors, we can price the items and programme the work around the site.
New-build and development work in Measham
On new developments, fire doors may need snagging, adjustment or remedial work before or after handover. We can correct suitable defects, replace damaged doorsets and provide a record of the works carried out.
Repair or replacement
For each door in Measham we look at the leaf, frame, seals, hinges, closer and latching, together with any evidence of the doorset's specification. The required fire performance is confirmed for the opening and building from the fire risk assessment, specification or building information. It is never assumed from the town or the property type.
Inspections and requesting a quotation
Our pre-works site assessment confirms the scope of repairs or replacement. It is not a formal fire door inspection report. If you need a formal report, we can arrange an inspection through a specialist external fire door inspection contractor.
To request a quotation, send us the snagging list, door references, site access and programme dates. You can attach a report or FRA action list securely through the enquiry form.
